Kohler Co. has been at the forefront in decreasing air emissions to improve the environment and the health of our employees and area residents. Our Global Power Group has taken several measures to achieve this, such as the use of emission control devices for KOHLER® engines testing operations, which reduce carbon monoxide emissions by 98 percent.
Another major way we have accomplished lowered emissions is through improved engine technology in our Engine Division. Our new KOHLER® engines have emissions outputs considerably lower than any global requirement and exceed even the most stringent California Air Resources Board requirements.
