Leadership Development

  • Kohler Leadership Development Program – Kohler partners with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to offer this customized version of CCL’s Leadership Development Program. This feedback-intensive program is based on a self-awareness learning process that strengthens leadership capabilities.
  • Kohler Leadership Forum (KLF) – this program focuses on individual, team and organizational leadership, with an emphasis on coaching. KLF targets highly motivated associates, who are passionate about maximizing their leadership potential.
  • Comprehensive Leadership Development Curriculum – Kohler offers a variety of courses targeted at developing leadership, management and strategic behaviors. This curriculum develops the associate’s leadership skills in effectively managing and developing people.
